Proud of the little things that are making big differences in my life this year. Taking action, and taking time (off). Finding what matters and doing more of it. Listening, discerning. Not people-pleasing, not taking things personally. Meeting moments with curiosity (not conviction). Seeing the beauty and enjoying the playground. Making art—creating content that matters. Being accountable, being disciplined, being true. Showing up, consistently. All this has got me feeling on fire 🔥 While most of this is invisible, there is one place where it is vibrantly visible. Every day this year, I've posted a piece of visual poetry on my Instagram. I've turned off the metrics (game changer), and I'm simply creating for the love of it. The results?
