What's the point?

Dear Reader,

Last night, watching the full moon flicker between a parade of clouds, everything felt profoundly simple.

A cool breeze kissed my skin, and the quiet of the neighbourhood delighted me as I lay under my favourite tree.

But
, reality beckoned—I had obligations waiting, items needing completion, and my inner-expectations didn't care that it was nearly 10pm.

Reluctantly preparing to leave this sanctuary, an impactful realisation struck as I asked myself an important question…

What’s the point?

The answer literally made me laugh out loud.

I was rushing back to work, hustling to earn money, so that I could create space, to enjoy moments exactly like the one I was about to step away from!

This irony wasn't lost on me.

Simultaneously, I felt like a genius for the realisation, and a fool for not seeing it sooner.

My truth is, most of the moments I work hard to afford, are completely free, and available to me at anytime—poetry, hanging with loved ones, being in nature—I just need to pause and align with what matters most.

What about you... what’s the point for you?

Perhaps tonight, as the full moon rises again, take a moment to reflect on what is truly meaningful to you.

Give yourself permission to break free from the routines that dull your senses and rediscover the passions that make life worth living.

Whether it’s creating art, sharing a powerful message, or simply enjoying the quiet of nature—get intimate with what matters most.

If you're looking to channel your creativity or voice into something tangible but need some guidance, I'm here to help. Reach out.

In the meantime, know that liberation may only be a moon flicker away... so be sure to go outside and enjoy her tonight!

Much Love,

Pete/.

Reader, The drumbeat of courageous creativity echos through the valleys of my mind—a pulse that calls me out of my comfort zone and into the light. Funny thing it is—to have a career built on helping people be seen (literally), and yet, so genuinely fear the experience myself. ✔️ Perhaps I chose this path to be near the fire—to dare myself. ✔️ Perhaps there's inner knowing that I cannot hide forever. ✔️ Perhaps I just needed a jolly good run-up! Whatever the old story, the drumbeat is...

Hey Reader, Here’s a love note I wrote to myself today—and a little eye candy! Be with the world, not in it. Commune, don't just consume. Take your time; leave no moment behind. You deserve peace, not pieces. Presence is your ultimate present. The busyness is not a business worth having. Rushing at things I can be without. While leaving myself feeling left out. Settling for the leftovers of a life that could be. Be with the world, not on it. Humble. Get down from the high horse....
